The stories of Juan and Lupe are then woven together and result in the meeting of Juan and Lupe. Juan and Lupe fall in love, and eventually get married. This story, although on the face of it pleasant, is in fact a struggle and a dreaded journey towards acceptance. On the other hand, the epic poem, The Odyssey, is the tale of a Hellenic hero of the Trojan War, Odysseus. His cardinal-year journey, which began in troy and ended with his drive home to Ithaka, exposes a life change with suffering during his journey to recall to his home and his loved ones.
