In the play it was rattling obvious how the Mexican kids were tough with a lot of discrimination.

The sailors calling them racial names like “speeks&rdqu o;, local anesthetic night clubs not allowin! g them in after a current time, and swimming pools not allowing them to go swim. Raisin in the sun is a very powerful play as well. It is a play of an African American family try to reach the ultimate American dream in a time of hate, discrimination and gobs of racism.
